So there’s one thing I want to say and it’s pretty simple. I have heard it before but I didn’t do it until I couldn’t face the mirror anymore.
Look in the mirror and decide to love what you see.
As you wake up in the morning, thank God for making you perfectly beautiful and then greet your reflection, “Hey beautiful, good to see you. God really did a good job with you! Look at those glowing eyes and kissable lips. Hey, you’re going to have a good day today!” The more you do this the more you will believe it and the more you’ll feel it and look it.
The fact is YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL! Attack the monster of doubt and destruction.
